Beth O’Mahoney is the 2018-2019 President of the Junior League of Kane & DuPage Counties, Inc.
Beth has been a member of the Junior League since 2001 and JLKD since 2003 and has served in a variety of positions including education chair, communications chair, nominating, and provisional advisor/chair. Most recently, she was a sustainer and came back as an active member to serve the league as president. Professionally, Beth is a marketing and business development director for the Chicago office of a 450-lawyer Midwest-based law firm. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking and watching bad TV. She also enjoys working out (reformer Pilates and Gyrotonic) and is obsessed with her Peloton bike. Beth lives in Brookfield with her husband Brian.
Lauren Kingston is the 2018-19 President-Elect of the Junior League of Kane & DuPage Counties, Inc.
Lauren has previously served as Finance Vice President and Treasurer. Prior to transferring to the Junior League of Kane & DuPage Counties, she was a member of the Junior League of Seattle. Professionally, Lauren is corporate counsel for Applied Systems with a focus on intellectual property transactions in the software industry. Lauren lives in Schaumburg with her husband and mischievous cat.
Jaclyn McCaffery is the 2018-19 Secretary of the Junior League of Kane & DuPage Counties, Inc.
Jaclyn has previously served as a committee member on both the Community Committee as well as on the Fund Development Committee. Professionally, Jaclyn is a Judicial Law Clerk in the Law Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County. Jaclyn lives in Woodridge with her boyfriend where they spend their free time taking in foster dogs until they are ready for adoption.
Korinne Smillie is the 2018-19 Finance Vice President of the Junior League of Kane & DuPage Counties, Inc.
She is in her third year with the League and has previously served as the Fundraising Co-Chair and on the Community Action Committee. Professionally, she is a CPA, specializing in providing assurance and general business consulting to real estate, construction, and manufacturing & distribution companies. Originally from central Illinois, she now lives in Glen Ellyn with her husband. She is excited to use my professional experience to help grow and shape the future of JLKD.
Jessica Jecmen is the 2018-19 Nominating Chair of the Junior League of Kane & DuPage Counties, Inc.
She has served the League as President (2015-17), President-Elect, Membership Vice President, Co-Fundraising Chair, RISE Chair (Recruitment, Induction and Sustainer Engagement, Done in a Day Chair, Kids in the Kitchen Co-Chair and on the Placement, Fund Development and Nominating committees. She is also currently Communications Chair, Placement Chair and Leadership Development Manager. Professionally, Jessica is a Managing Director at Accenture and Executive Director of the Accenture Foundation. She lives in Geneva with her two children, Leo and Eva where she can be found helping to lead the PTO at her children’s school and sipping on bourbon in her spare time.
Kristin Celing is one of the 2018-19 Board Advisors of the Junior League of Kane & DuPage Counties, Inc.
Kristin has previously served as President, President-Elect, Placement Chair, Meeting Manager, New Member Advisor and on the Nominating Committee. Professionally, Kristin is a Solutions Analyst for Synegen, Inc. where she focuses on Salesforce implementation across multiple industries. Kristin lives in Montgomery with her husband, 9 year old daughter and 8 year old son. You can usually find Kristin at an ice rink as both kids play hockey.
Traci Kantowski is one of the 2018-2019 Board Advisors of the Junior League of Kane & DuPage Counties, Inc.
Traci has served the League as President (2014-15), President-Elect, Nominating Chair, Membership Vice President, Fundraising Chair, Marketing Chair, PR Chair and Kids in the Kitchen Co-Chair. Professionally, she serves as the Communications Director for the Trust Transparency Center, where she helps manage nutraceutical trade associations and guide clients in the nutrition and wellness industries. She also works with Kopion Football Club and is an ACE-certified personal trainer, ACE-certified group fitness instructor and Institute of Integrative Nutrition certified health coach. Traci lives in Wheaton with her husband Mike, two children Evan and Mia and her four-legged kid Zoey.
